What to Expect: The Gift of Time
Because we are doing deep, meaningful work, I don't believe in rushing. Your session is a dedicated sanctuary, requiring 4 to 5 hours of total, uninterrupted time.
- The Deep Interview: We begin with a heartfelt, one-on-one conversation (usually 2 hours or more). This is where we connect the dots of your life story and prepare the questions you want to ask your inner wisdom.
- The Journey: Once you feel completely heard and comfortable, I guide you into a state of deep relaxation to begin the discovery process.
- The Integration: We’ll spend time at the end ensuring you feel grounded, clear, and ready to bring your new insights back into your daily life.

- Time for Reflection: These sessions last between 1.5 to 2.5 hours—giving us plenty of space to dive deep and find the answers you need without feeling rushed. unless you are looking for a coaching program, one intuitive session covers a lot more that people think and may be enough.
